Children's Waiting Room

**If you don’t have an ASYMCA account, proceed to Section II. If you already have an ASYMCA account, skip to Section III**

• Choose “Armed Services YMCA Killeen” as your location
• Select a Membership that best matches your family structure – if you don’t want to sign up for a Membership, choose “Non-Member”
  • Make sure you select the appropriate rank designation (E5 and Below, E6 and Above) and then click “Start”
• Enter your personal details and contact info (we don’t sell, trade, or share your personal information – killeen.asymca.org/privacy-policy) and click “Next”
• Add your children to your account by clicking the “Youth (12 and Under)” button – repeat until any children that will be utilizing Children’s Waiting Room are included
• Click “Complete Registration” – congratulations, you’re now part of the ASYMCA Killeen family! Welcome!

• Select the name of the child you’d like to register for Children’s Waiting Room
• On the “Select Dates” screen, just hit “Next” – we’ll schedule your visit later on
• Add Authorized Pickups – these are adults that are permitted to pick your kiddo up in case you can’t
• Fill out our brief Health Questionnaire
• Read and sign the Liability Waiver and Code of Conduct
• Click “Check Out”
• Congratulations, you’re registered! If you have more than one kiddo that’ll be using Children’s Waiting Room, sign them up too by repeating the steps in this section. Now let’s schedule your first visit!

• Under “Select A Branch to Visit,” choose “Armed Services YMCA Killeen,” then click “Schedule A Visit”
• Choose the children on your account that will be attending Children’s Waiting Room, and then choose their location/age group.
• Click “Next”
• Find and select the day of your appointment, and then the time of your appointment in the drop-down menu
• Check the box underneath your desired appointment time. If the checkbox is grayed out, either Children’s Waiting Room is not open at that time, or that time slot is at capacity
• Once you’ve selected your time slot, click “Book Appointment” – congratulations, you’re scheduled!

For any future appointments in this calendar year, you’ll only need to do the steps in this section (IV). Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
