Follow the step-by-step guide to accessing our online portal below!

Access our online payment portal by following this link:

On the log-in screen, enter the primary email address associated with your ASYMCA Killeen account.

Click the “Forgot Password” link below the blue log-in button and follow the instructions on screen:

  • The system might ask to send a verification code to the primary phone number on file – you can choose to receive it via text or phone call. When you receive the verification code, type it in the verification code field and click the blue “submit” button to reset your password.
  • The system might ask you for a barcode number – if you’re a parent/guardian of a kiddo in our Before & After School Care, we sent your barcode to the primary email address on your account. Didn’t get it? That’s okay! You can also receive it by:
    • Calling us at 254.690.9622 ext. 105
    • Asking a Membership Specialist at our Wellness Center Front Desk
  • Once you have your barcode number, type it in the barcode field and click the blue “submit” button to receive an email with a link to reset your password.
